Diana Mead is the Co-President of Grassi Franchise Services (GFS). She has been a leader in the financial services industry for over 25 years, starting her career as an auditor at a Big 4 firm in the financial services practice and then working as a management consultant for five years, helping clients implement sustainable strategies to scale high-growth companies.
Later in her career, Diana returned to law school, where she developed a passion for working with early-stage, entrepreneurial companies. She served as President of two companies and helped grow one to $50 million in revenue in five years. Under her leadership, Allonhill became one of the premier service providers to many investment banks and the federal government for mortgage due diligence and credit risk management services.
Before joining Grassi, Diana was the Co-Managing Partner of OnePoint Franchise Accounting, a nationally recognized leader in the franchise sector. In 2025, Grassi acquired OnePoint as part of GFS, expanding our firm’s overall reach and deepening our portfolio of restaurant and food franchise clients.
Diana serves on the board of directors of the Global Livingston Institute and YPO Gold Rocky Mountain. Her leadership and contributions to the financial services industry have earned her several recognitions, including the Denver Business Journal honoring her in their “40 Under 40” list and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce honoring her as one of the “25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado” in 2018 and awarding her the “Young Professional of the Year Award” in 2010.
Diana received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University and her Doctor of Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
