Alice H. Varisano is a Tax Partner at Grassi with over 30 years of experience in domestic and international taxation, business and program analysis, budgeting, cost reduction and control, continuous process improvement and staff development. Her work extends across various industries, including construction, architecture and engineering, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, healthcare, retail and consumer products.

Before joining Grassi, Alice spent 18 years in public accounting at Big 4 firms and six years as the CFO of a publicly traded international manufacturing and distribution company. This experience gave her the industry knowledge to better understand her clients’ financial issues and offer efficient tax solutions.

Alice emphasizes a client-centric approach to building strong client relationships. She works closely with clients to help them take advantage of tax opportunities, so they can focus on managing their businesses with confidence that their taxes are in capable hands. In addition to her tax work, Alice is an accomplished presenter and author.

Alice is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYCPA). She earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from St. John’s University and a Master of Science in taxation from CW Post.
