Angela Ferrantelli is a Tax Partner at Grassi with more than 20 years of experience providing tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, families, estates and trusts. She specializes in estate and trust taxation, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and fiduciary accounting, helping clients navigate complex tax matters while supporting long-term wealth preservation and succession objectives.
Angela works closely with individuals, families, trustees and estate representatives to develop practical tax strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. Her collaborative approach and deep technical knowledge enable clients to make informed decisions while addressing evolving tax and fiduciary requirements. As a recognized professional in the private client services sector, Angela has also presented at industry webinars on fiduciary tax issues and related planning considerations.
Before joining Grassi, Angela was a Director at Citrin Cooperman, where she focused on estate, gift and fiduciary taxation, as well as fiduciary accounting and administration. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on a range of transfer tax, trust, and estate planning matters, serving as a knowledgeable resource to individuals and their advisors.
Angela is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) and the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey (EPCNNJ). She holds the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation, reflecting her experience and specialized knowledge in estate planning.
Angela received her Master of Science in taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University.
