Bhupali Nayak is a Tax Partner at Grassi. She brings over 25 years of accounting experience to the firm and works primarily with clients in the manufacturing and distribution, architecture and engineering and professional services industries. Bhupali provides tax compliance expertise and specializes in C corporations, helping her clients navigate ASC 740 tax guidelines across multiple industries and sectors. She is also involved in M&A tax transactions.

Before joining Grassi, Bhupali worked as a Tax Senior at a regional firm. In her role, she was responsible for helping clients with tax compliance and business management, primarily within the entertainment industry.

Bhupali is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned her bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay in India.
