Bhupali Nayak is a Tax Partner at Grassi with over 25 years of accounting experience. She works with clients in the manufacturing and distribution, architecture and engineering, and professional services industries, providing guidance on complex tax compliance matters and strategic tax planning.

Bhupali specializes in serving C corporations and advising clients on ASC 740 income tax accounting requirements. She has extensive experience helping organizations navigate tax reporting and compliance obligations across a range of industries. In addition, Bhupali supports clients through mergers and acquisitions, providing tax due diligence and transaction-related tax advisory services.

Before joining Grassi, Bhupali was a Tax Senior at a regional accounting firm, where she advised clients on tax compliance and business management matters, primarily for companies in the entertainment industry.

Bhupali is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned her bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay in India.
