Janet Mulligan is a Partner at Grassi with over 40 years of experience providing comprehensive tax services to individuals, trusts and estates and partnerships. She has built lasting relationships with her clients, with many individuals and families relying on her guidance for over 30 years and following her across firms throughout her career.
As a trusted tax advisor, Janet works closely with her clients throughout every engagement, advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices on complex tax planning, compliance and wealth preservation strategies to support their long-term financial objectives.
Before joining Grassi, Janet was a Partner at Hoffman Mulligan for 26 years, serving as the Co-Managing Partner of the firm and helping build a respected practice known for its relationship-driven approach and proactive guidance.
Janet is a CPA in New York State and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYCPA). She has completed the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Personal Financial Planning and is also a board member of two private foundations.
Janet received her Master of Business Administration in taxation from New York University and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from SUNY Buffalo.
