Richard B. Dionne (Dick) is a Partner at Grassi with over 40 years of experience providing his clients with business consulting, strategic planning and advisory services. Dick has extensive experience working with closely held businesses and their owners in a wide range of industries. He also provides high-level tax planning services to companies, shareholders, high-net-worth individuals and other taxable entities.

Dick is dedicated to his company, family, community, clients and his work. He has been instrumental in helping Grassi maintain the quality of service and reputation for excellence that has fueled the company’s growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Dick’s success stems from his ability to stay ahead of the curve by constantly reviewing new laws and regulations and reading about trends in the overall economic and business environment. This dedication to a “lifetime of learning” allows Dick to stay proficient in all practice areas that affect his clients. He consistently takes a proactive approach to client service, making him a valuable asset and resource for his clients.

Dick is a former longtime director at the Greater Lowell YMCA and currently serves as a director at Lowell Community Health Center. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New England Society of CPAs (NECPAs).

Dick received his Master of Science in taxation from Bentley College and his Bachelor of Science from Fitchburg State College.
