Sandra Stella Business Advisor
Sandra Stella is a Business Advisor at Grassi and serves as the PCAOB Audit Growth Lead. She drives business development and strategic engagement for the firm’s SEC and Capital Markets practice, serving public companies nationwide. Sandra collaborates closely with firm leadership and audit partners to identify, develop and advance opportunities within the public company marketplace.
Her expertise includes business development, executive-level relationship management, and market intelligence. She has significant experience identifying and developing opportunities involving micro-cap and mid-cap public companies undergoing auditor transitions, delayed filings, restatements, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, leadership changes, and other significant corporate events.
Sandra also supports Grassi’s growth initiatives throughout South Florida, expanding the firm’s presence within the legal, financial, corporate, and private-client communities and creating opportunities in audit, tax, advisory, transaction, and private client services. She also works alongside Grassi professionals across Palm Beach and Broward Counties to connect individuals, families and business owners to the firm’s broader resources and expertise.
With more than 20 years of consulting and business development experience, Sandra has experience in both B2B and B2C environments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executives, investors, government officials, and policymakers to develop and execute strategic business, marketing, and growth initiatives. Her international background includes work for the Italian Embassy and other Italian government institutions, as well as the UK Honorary Consulate and professional experience spanning Canada, Italy, West Africa and the United States. Sandra is also fluent in Italian, English and French, bringing an international perspective to her relationships and business development efforts.
Sandra serves on the Global Alumni Board of the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she contributes strategic insight and represents alumni perspectives across LSE’s worldwide community.
She is also actively involved in the Palm Beach business community. She serves on the Finance Committee for Leadership Palm Beach County, sits on the Board of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, and leads the LSE Alumni community in Palm Beach and Broward.
Dedicated to community engagement, Sandra also serves on the board of American Friends of British Art, the advisory board of the African Orphan Educational Foundation, and supports A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue.
Sandra earned her master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Reading in England.
