Michelle Cammarata is a director in Grassi’s Site Selection & Incentives practice, with 25 years of experience in corporate site selection, business incentives negotiation and compliance, and economic development.
She works with clients across a range of industries on complex, multi-state projects to identify optimal locations for facilities, operations, and workforce. Michelle offers deep expertise in business incentives programs across various states, supporting clients from analysis and negotiation through long-term compliance to ensure they fully realize significant benefits.
Prior to joining Grassi, Michelle held leadership roles at Big Four accounting and global consulting firms, where she directed major corporate relocation and business incentives projects. She has a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
