Bryan Lantz is a Tax Principal at Grassi. He has over 20 years of experience providing tax services and maintaining tax compliance for his clients, specializing in tax strategy and business tax planning services. Bryan serves a variety of closely held business clients, with a focus on the real estate, construction, healthcare and professional services industries. He also has extensive experience with partnership and S-Corporation income tax compliance and planning.

Before joining Grassi, Bryan was a Tax Director at an accounting firm in Iowa. In this role, he developed and improved the firm’s tax workflow process, paperless work paper documentation and overall tax planning process. He was responsible for managing and reviewing tax compliance for the tax planning practice and leading training sessions and continuing education programs for staff members.

Bryan is a licensed CPA in the State of Iowa and received his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
