Essential to our identity as a firm is our enduring commitment to service. We recognize that our success, both as a firm and as individuals, imparts a responsibility to serve others. At every level of our firm, from partners and professionals to administrators and family members, we are proud participants in a range of non-profit groups and causes throughout the U.S.

Grassi is committed to supporting and encouraging employee contributions to local charitable organizations, and our Days of Giving are an opportunity to do this firmwide. Launched in 2022, Grassi Gives Back encourages employees to volunteer at local organizations to give back to the communities in which we operate.

Our team regularly participates in other charitable initiatives that support organizations, through Grassi Gives Back, such as Ronald McDonald House, Toys for Tots, Autism Speaks, Long Island Cares and many of Grassi’s own nonprofit clients.
