Laura Wright is a Partner and the Franchise Business Development Leader of Grassi Franchise Services (GFS). She has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, investment management and finance.

Laura’s passion for problem-solving and helping businesses overcome their finance and accounting challenges has led her to hold a range of leadership positions. She was the Managing Director of Institutional Sales for Piper Jaffray, a Partner with Boettcher and Company in Fixed Income Institutional Sales, and Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at First Western Trust Bank. She also served as the Director of Finance for Total Dealer Solutions, a family of companies specializing in business solutions for automobile dealers.

Before joining Grassi, Laura was the Co-Managing Partner of OnePoint Franchise Accounting, a nationally recognized leader in the franchise sector. In 2025, Grassi acquired OnePoint as part of GFS, expanding our firm’s overall reach and deepening our portfolio of restaurant and food franchise clients.

Laura holds the designation of Charter Financial Analyst (CFA). She also served on the board of Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation and was an Executive Committee Member of the Board of Trustees for Graland Country Day School.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver, concentrating in marketing and finance. She also completed postgraduate work at Dartmouth College, receiving a Master of Arts in liberal studies.
