Al Renz is the Chief Financial Officer at Grassi, bringing 25 years of experience in professional services within both the accounting and legal industries. In his role, Al is responsible for driving the firm’s revenue growth and fiscal efficiencies through process improvement and corporate strategy. He also provides strategic financial direction through effective financial planning and analysis and corporate leadership.
Before joining Grassi, Al was Vice President of Finance for a legal administration services firm based in New York. He had oversight and leadership responsibilities for all finance departmental functions, including financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, ERP management and treasury.
Al holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and accounting from Hofstra University. Outside the office, Al has served as the Assistant Treasurer for Crime Stoppers of Nassau County for the past 25 years.
