Ryan Corcoran is the Director of Business Development for Grassi’s Private Equity practice. With 10 years of consulting experience, Ryan specializes in building and fostering relationships within the transaction advisory, technology transformation, tax advisory and outsourcing service groups across various industries, including private equity, healthcare, technology, real estate and manufacturing & distribution.

Before joining Grassi, Ryan spent two years at EisnerAmper as Director of Business Development for the alternative investments and digital transformation groups and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a privately held financial technology company that operates a digital payment portal for healthcare systems.

Ryan’s professional involvement extends beyond his role at Grassi. He serves as the Philadelphia Chapter Chair Emeritus for the Alliance for Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory, sits on the PACT FinTech Advisory Board and the KEYE AI Advisory Board and is part of the Investor Committee for Philadelphia Startup Leaders.

With his diverse experience and active involvement in professional and philanthropic organizations, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and connections to his role at Grassi, particularly in private equity and business development.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
