Leveraging her extensive experience, Diane advises clients on business structure considerations, tax planning opportunities and long-term financial decision-making, helping them preserve wealth, manage risk and make informed decisions that support their personal, family and business goals.
Before joining Grassi, Diane spent seven years at Hoffman Mulligan CPAs LLC, where she developed her knowledge in tax planning, financial reporting and client advisory services for high-net-worth clients.
Diane is a licensed CPA in New York State. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Western Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Rochester.
