Tiffany Roque is a Partner and the International Tax Leader at Grassi. at Grassi. She advises high-net-worth individuals, privately held businesses, and multinational organizations on complex international tax matters, helping them navigate cross-border challenges, enhance global tax efficiency and achieve long-term strategic objectives.

With extensive experience in international tax advisory and compliance, Tiffany develops and implements strategic solutions for clients with global operations, investments and reporting obligations. Her expertise includes international tax structuring, foreign investment analysis for U.S. taxpayers, foreign tax credit optimization, and planning strategies designed to manage worldwide effective tax rates. She is highly experienced in advising clients on complex U.S. international tax provisions, including Net CFC Tested Income (NCTI, formerly GILTI) and Subpart F income.

As the International Tax Practice Leader, Tiffany works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated tax solutions that address evolving regulatory requirements and support business growth in an increasingly global marketplace.

Prior to joining Grassi, Tiffany was a Partner at Sax LLP, where she led the review of federal, state and international tax filings for individuals, trusts, foreign trusts, pass-through entities and corporations. She advised clients on the impact of changing U.S. and international tax legislation, helping them navigate regulatory developments, mitigate risk and identify strategic planning opportunities.

Tiffany is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned her Master of Science in taxation from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
