Chris Fifis Director of Business Development
Chris Fifis is the Director of Business Development at Grassi. He leverages his proactive leadership and deep industry experience to align clients and prospects with the firm’s advisory services and resources, helping them resolve financial and organizational challenges and take their businesses to the next level. Chris also collaborates with professionals across the firm to cultivate new business opportunities and further the growth of Grassi’s practice areas and the clients they serve.
Chris has been instrumental in expanding Grassi’s strategic partnerships and thought leadership initiatives. He spearheaded the firm’s collaboration with the New Jersey Food Processors Association (NJFPA), establishing an annual benchmarking survey that offers valuable insight into regional trends, challenges and opportunities across the New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia markets.
Chris also works closely with NJFPA leadership to strengthen the association’s member programming. His efforts have increased member collaboration, expanded services to develop emerging leaders, and created new networking opportunities across the region’s food and beverage community.
Through these initiatives, Chris has demonstrated a commitment to delivering value-added services to Grassi’s clients and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the firm.
Chris received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Philadelphia University.
