Jeff Agranoff is the Operations Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer and NYC Co-Market Leader at Grassi. With over 18 years of experience in public accounting firms, he specializes in leading HR departments, providing outsourced HR solutions to clients and growing middle-market businesses.

As the firm’s Co-Market Leader, Jeff is instrumental in leading Grassi’s strategic growth and workforce initiatives throughout the New York metropolitan area. He is also a member of the firm’s four-person Executive Committee, which sets the firm’s strategic direction.

Jeff provides human resources and operational consulting services to clients in diverse industries, focusing on workforce planning, employment matters, compensation strategy and performance management. He also offers full HR outsourcing and works closely with business owners to deliver compliance solutions that maximize profitability and results.

Jeff has written numerous articles on workforce management, millennial training and the management of professional services firms. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the advisory board at the University of Buffalo’s School of Management.

Before joining Grassi, Jeff was the Chief Operating Officer and a Human Resources Principal at a Top 50 national accounting firm.

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in human resources and communication from the University of Buffalo.
