Q: How long is the Internship Program?
A: Our Summer internship program runs for approximately 8-weeks, beginning in June. We offer busy season internships based on business needs, which typically run from January – April.
Q: What is the recruitment process for Interns and Associates?
A: Apply – Find open roles on our website, Handshake, or connect with us on campus.
Review – We will assess your application, and someone will contact you for an initial screening.
Interview – If you’re selected for an interview, our recruiting team will contact you to arrange an interview, which takes place virtually, in-person or on campus.
Decision – You will receive a decision within two weeks of the interview.
Q: Are internships paid?
A: We value our interns time and efforts and believe in competitive compensation.

A: You can apply on our website, Handshake or any other platform utilized by your school for recruitment (Bizlink, Simplicity, etc.).

A: Our entry level classes go through a comprehensive training and professional education program, designed to ensure you have the tools necessary to perform their day-to-day duties, and can grow your career. Staff members further enhance their knowledge and skills through practical, on-the-job experience.
