ARI Accounting is Grassi’s proprietary, cloud-based accounting platform designed to replace the need to pay for an additional accounting program. It will serve as our firm’s complete general ledger system, allowing us to manage your books within a modern, secure environment. By owning the technology ourselves, we can provide a more consistent, reliable, and future-proof solution for our clients.
What Makes ARI More Stable, Secure, and Efficient?
ARI is built on Microsoft Azure’s secure cloud infrastructure, offering encrypted data protection and strong internal controls. Explicitly designed around Grassi’s workflows, the platform reduces manual processing, improves accuracy, and creates a more stable accounting environment without the limitations or rising subscription costs associated with Intuit’s new online-only model.

ARI was intentionally designed to integrate with and push data into multiple accounting platforms when needed.
Franchise & Franchisor Reporting Support
ARI was built with franchise organizations in mind. The platform supports data delivery into franchisor-mandated reporting portals and accommodates franchise-specific accounting and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance without compromising efficiency or visibility.
Client Data Ownership & Transition Support
Your data always remains yours. If you ever choose to transition away from Grassi, we provide a complete and comprehensive export of your financial data and actively support a smooth handoff to your next provider. Data Portability & Reporting Access
ARI supports full data portability using standard formats, including CSV, enabling straightforward import into other accounting systems. When needed, our team can assist with data preparation and migration support to ensure accuracy and continuity during a transition.
Optional Client-Owned Accounting Software
For clients who prefer to retain ownership of their accounting software subscriptions, ARI can push standardized data into client-owned systems, such as QuickBooks Online. Many clients choose ARI to avoid escalating software costs, yet the model remains flexible to your needs.
