Grassi Adds Audit Partner with SEC and Middle-Market Experience
New York, NY – Grassi, a leading provider of advisory, tax, and accounting services, announced that Louise Cody, CPA, has joined the firm as an Audit Partner, deepening the firm’s expertise in serving public and private companies with complex audit, reporting, and compliance requirements. Based in Grassi’s Park Ridge, New Jersey office, Louise enhances the firm’s presence in the New Jersey market while further strengthening the Park Ridge office with added partner-level expertise.
With a focus on serving the middle market, Louise brings more than 25 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to biopharmaceutical and medical device companies, manufacturing and distribution businesses, staffing, retail, publishing and other service organizations. Leveraging extensive technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, she helps clients navigate multifaceted accounting and reporting issues, including IPO readiness, capital-raising transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Grassi, Louise was a Partner at a Top 20 accounting firm, where she oversaw public and private company audits and advised on a range of technical accounting matters. She also held a role in the internal audit corporate group of a multinational insurance corporation. Louise is a licensed CPA in New York and Ireland, and she earned her degree from Rathmines College of Commerce in Dublin.
