Grassi Announces New Executive Operational Leaders

Beth More has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, and Kenny Li has joined the firm as Chief Information Officer, strengthening the firm’s operational leadership during a pivotal time of growth and innovation.

In her expanded role, Beth will continue to lead the firm’s strategic marketing and communications functions, driving measurable growth and digital transformation across the organization. Since joining Grassi in early 2024 as Senior Director of Marketing, she has delivered forward-thinking strategies and data-driven campaigns that have elevated the firm’s brand visibility, increased client engagement, and strengthened its position in key industry verticals. Her collaborative leadership style has fostered strong cross-team partnerships and empowered her team to deliver results.

Kenny Li, a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of technology leadership experience, brings a strategic mindset and a strong commitment to operational excellence. As Chief Information Officer, he will oversee Grassi’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, innovation initiatives, and digital strategy. Kenny’s deep understanding of how technology can drive business value, enhance client experience, and streamline internal operations positions him to play a key role in advancing the firm’s growth and efficiency.

Throughout her 20+ year career, Beth has led transformative marketing efforts for global and national professional services firms, including Mazars USA and Sidley Austin LLP. Her expertise spans brand management, campaign execution, digital transformation, public relations, and team development.

Beth serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Accounting Marketing and has earned multiple industry accolades. She is a frequent speaker and presenter on best practices in marketing and communications. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in journalism from Kent State University.

About Kenny Li

Before joining Grassi, Kenny served as Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Citrin Cooperman, where he led transformative technology initiatives that supported the firm’s rapid growth; from approximately $90 million to $800 million in revenue. Under his leadership, the IT team expanded from five to more than 130 professionals. He spearheaded major technological transformations, including the implementation of enterprise systems, automation solutions, business intelligence platforms, and the development of organizational IT and information security functions.

Earlier in his career, Kenny was Director of Information Technology at The Schonbraun McCann Group, continuing with FTI Consulting for four years following its acquisition. He began his career in the financial services sector, holding IT roles at Warburg Pincus Asset Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he focused on systems management and implementation.

Kenny has also served as an Advisory Board Member of Digital CPA and an Accounting Advisory Board Member of Intapp. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Technology Systems from Pace University.
