Sauriol and Cory S. Karr bring over 30 years of combined experience in closely held business taxation, multi-state tax matters, and high-net-worth and family office planning, further strengthening Grassi’s ability to provide highly tailored, comprehensive services aligned with clients’ unique needs.
Julia W. Sauriol, CPA (Julie), joins Grassi with over 20 years of public and private accounting experience, having advised closely held businesses across various industries, including technology, manufacturing and distribution, construction, real estate and professional services. Julia has extensive expertise in state and local tax (SALT) and multi-state tax matters. Previously, she served as a partner at a Top 100 accounting firm in Massachusetts, where she led both the tax and transaction advisory services practices.
Cory S. Karr, MST, CPA, EA, CFP, brings over 14 years of experience delivering comprehensive tax compliance, planning and advisory services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, partnerships and foundations. Before joining Grassi, he was a managing director in the private client services practice of a Top 10 firm, leading complex engagements across a range of tax services, including individual, trust, gift, foundation, partnership and S-Corp filings.
