On average, clients of the 2024 Best of Accounting winners are twice as likely to be satisfied with the services provided than those who work with other accounting firms. Fewer than 1% of all accounting firms in the U.S. receive this distinction.
Grassi received a Net Promoter Score® of 78.4, significantly higher than the industry average of 41. Further, 84.1% of respondents gave Grassi a score of 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to the industry average of 50% in 2023. The highest levels of client satisfaction were in the areas of quality of service, responsiveness, involvement, guidance and understanding of their needs.
