Andrea Luciani is an Audit Principal at Grassi. He has over 15 years of experience primarily working with businesses in the manufacturing and distribution, technology and engineering industries. He also has experience working in the food and beverage, fashion, software development, machinery, hospitality and real estate sectors.

Andrea specializes in providing accounting, tax and auditing solutions that comply with Acceptable Use Policies (AUP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and Italian GAAP standards. Andrea has assisted several businesses in Italy and other parts of the world in developing and implementing strategies in the United States.

Before joining Grassi, Andrea was an auditor at a Big 4 firm in Bologna for four years. He then worked at G.C. Consultants, Inc. for 11 years, serving as an equity partner for three years. In this role, he oversaw the audit department and helped manage over $2.3 million in revenue from audit, accounting and tax clients, working closely with both domestic and international clients.

Andrea is a registered CPA in New York State and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry best practices and professional standards to deliver high-quality accounting, tax and audit services.

Andrea received his degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Bologna in Italy and his Master of Science in accounting from Hunter College (CUNY), where he teaches an accounting class. Andrea is fluent in Italian and English.
