Diana Tsang is an International Tax Manager at Grassi. She has over 16 years of experience specializing in domestic and international tax matters for individuals and corporations. Her expertise spans various industries, including pharmaceuticals, SAAS, retail, wholesale and rental real estate.

Diana has extensive experience with federal and state income tax, sales tax, forensic consulting and audits. She has worked with consolidated returns, managing over $10 million in assets. Her portfolio includes advising high-end French luxury brands and providing specialized tax support to U.S.-based and international businesses. Diana has a keen understanding of cross-border tax issues, making her a valuable asset to multinational clients.

Before joining Grassi, Diana was a Forensic Consultant at a Top 10 accounting firm for two years and a Tax Manager at a prestigious French accounting firm for nine years. She also held a key role at the IRS as a Senior Revenue Agent, where she led field audit exams and mentored junior staff within the Large Business and International team. At Grassi, Diana plays a key role in training junior staff on international tax matters, further strengthening the firm’s expertise in the field.

Diana has been a certified Enrolled Agent (EA) since 2022, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since 2019 and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), continually advancing her expertise in fraud examination and prevention.

Diana earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management with a focus on finance from Brooklyn College. She is also fluent in Chinese, enabling her to serve a diverse range of clients globally.
