Diti Ruzi, Principal of Accounting and Tax Services, is a multilingual advisor with 20 years of experience guiding international companies through the complexities of doing business in the United States. Specializing in inbound U.S. operations, she has successfully assisted numerous multinational businesses with accounting system implementation, financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic planning across various U.S. jurisdictions.

Diti’s expertise spans a wide range of industries and business structures, allowing her to support international clients at every stage of their U.S. business journey. Known for her hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge, she delivers practical, tailored solutions aligned with each client’s global goals. She is fluent in Italian and Albanian and has professional working proficiency in German and French.

Prior to joining Grassi, Diti served as Accounting Director at a mid-sized public accounting firm, where she led part of the accounting department. In addition to overseeing tax compliance, she managed the preparation of compilations and review reports and provided leadership, training, and mentorship to a team of accounting professionals.

Diti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She holds two bachelor’s degrees: one in Accounting from Queens College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and another in Engineering from the University of Tirana.
