Greg Bonda-Riva is a Senior Director at Grassi with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Greg’s expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting key performance indicators and creating dashboards that support data-driven decision making and profit optimization.

Since joining Grassi at the beginning of 2025, Greg has focused on business process automation, e-billing, dashboard development and helping partners better understand and manage their business performance.

Before joining Grassi, Greg spent 10 years at EisnerAmper, where he built the FP&A function from a one-person team into a department of 15 professionals. During his tenure, he supported the firm’s growth from $200 million to $1 billion in revenue, including serving on the due diligence team during the accounting industry’s first private equity investment.

Greg is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). He is currently pursuing the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation. Additionally, to give back to his community, Greg has served on the boards of Splashes of Hope and Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School.

Greg received his Bachelor of Science in business administration and his Master of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
