Jayne A. Andrews is a Partner in Grassi’s Nonprofit practice. Jayne serves as an advisor to a wide range of nonprofit organizations, including social service programs funded by federal and state grants, community foundations supported solely by donor contributions, labor unions and other membership organizations.

Jayne delivers a full range of services, including planning and conducting Single Audits, financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Jayne provides nonprofit tax compliance services to help her clients prepare Federal and state information returns. She is also skilled at assisting organizations with filing their Form 1023 or 1024 application for tax-exempt status. Within Grassi, Jayne trains and develops staff, provides in-house seminars in the nonprofit sector and mentors junior staff on engagements.

Before joining Grassi, Jayne was a Partner at Anstiss & Co., P.C. for over 25 years, before the firm merged with Grassi in 2025. While at Anstiss, Jayne led the firm’s Nonprofit Practice, overseeing all nonprofit engagements and ensuring clients received high-quality advisory and audit services that delivered value to their organization. Her extensive experience in the nonprofit sector makes her a trusted business advisor to her clients.

Annually, Jayne attends the AICPA Not-for-Profit Industry Conference, Uniform Fiscal Report (UFR) training sessions and many other training sessions that provide her with the requisite training to perform Single Audits. She is the former Treasurer of the Greater Lowell Health Alliance of CHNA 10, Inc. and the former Treasurer of The Brush Art Gallery & Studios, further enhancing her experience in all aspects of nonprofit organizations.

Jayne was named the 2016 Women in Business award winner by the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.

Jayne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MassCPAs) and the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce.

Jayne graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Lowell.
