Justin Van Ostenbridge is a Senior Manager in Grassi’s Client Accounting Services practice, bringing over a decade of professional experience in public and private accounting. He delivers customized accounting and advisory solutions to clients across various industries, including Sports & Entertainment, Family Office, Consumer Products, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology, and more. His core competencies include outsourced CFO services, GAAP financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and strategic business planning.

Justin has a strong track record of advising companies on implementing new accounting standards, financial reporting, audit readiness, and risk management. He has partnered with both public and private organizations to help them maintain compliance with evolving accounting and regulatory frameworks.

Justin’s expertise is valuable to clients operating in dynamic, performance-driven sectors where financial agility and strategic foresight are critical. Before joining Grassi, Justin served as a Financial Planning and Analysis expert at one of the nation’s leading telecommunications companies, where he led transformative initiatives to support large-scale growth. He also began his career as an auditor at a national Big 4 accounting firm, managing audits for public and private companies with a focus on internal control reliance.

Justin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an active member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Justin received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
