Leonard Carone is a Partner in Grassi’s Franchise Services Group, focusing on accounting services. He brings 30 years of experience in corporate and individual taxation, financial statement compilations and reviews, financial statement analysis, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions of franchises and franchise accounting.

Before joining Grassi Franchise Services, Leonard worked at a NYC-based CPA firm and served as a Chief Financial Officer in the telecom industry. His public experience, coupled with his background in managing an organization’s financial operations, has proven invaluable in his capacity as a consultant to his clients.

Leonard is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Queens College.
