Lou recently played a key role in assisting an owner-managed software company through a $125 million private equity recapitalization. Here, he prepared the company via sell-side due diligence, stepped in as the interim CFO to support the buy-side due diligence, and built a reporting model post-close, later assisting in hiring a permanent CFO. Lou also recently helped support a real estate technology company through a $10 million sale and a large pharmaceutical company through a $600 million sale to strategic buyers.
