Louise Cody is an Audit Partner at Grassi with over 25 years of experience in public accounting, providing audit and advisory services. She focuses on serving both private and public, middle-market clients across various industries, including biopharmaceutical and medical device companies, manufacturing and distribution, staffing, retail, publishing and other service companies.

Louise is experienced in leading complex audit engagements, which include extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions, including initial public offerings. She assists clients with complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation and accounting for debt and equity instruments. Her experience makes her a trusted business advisor with strong technical competencies and knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Before joining Grassi, Louise worked with several regional firms and spent time in the internal audit corporate group of a multinational insurance corporation. Louise has demonstrated her proactive leadership skills through strong client relationship management, business development and staff mentorship.

Louise is a licensed CPA in New York and Ireland. She received her degree from the Rathmines College of Commerce in Dublin, Ireland.
