Nathaniel Green is an Audit Principal at Grassi. He has over 15 years of experience providing audit, accounting and advisory services within the financial services sector. His expertise spans SEC filings, GAAP compliance and complex equity transactions, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions to clients in the venture capital, private equity and investment advisory industries.

Before joining Grassi, Nathaniel was a managing member of an advisory firm. In this role, he led consulting services for audit preparedness, GAAP compliance and technical matters. He assisted his clients with SEC compliance and navigating the S-1 process, including addressing SEC comments, generating pro-forma financial statements and compiling consolidations. Nathaniel also honed his leadership abilities by directing his team to close month-end and year-end books for a large professional services entity and by overseeing cash projections and forecasting to improve the organization’s year-end financial reporting. Additionally, Nathan served as a Senior Manager at Withum for nine years, leading engagements for venture capital funds, broker-dealers, private equity, SPACs and operating companies.

Nathaniel is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and received his Master of Science in accounting from Boston College.
