Nina Kose is a Human Resources Director at Grassi. She has over 17 years of experience working in human resources, 13 of which have been within public accounting. Nina specializes in HR operations, benefits strategy, career development and professional coaching for professional service firms and nonprofit organizations.

Before joining Grassi, Nina specialized in HR operations and advisory at Marcum LLP for 12 years. Her responsibilities included strategic HR operations, employee relations, performance management and leader development.

Nina is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has been a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2014.

Nina received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in labor studies and employment relations from Rutgers University.
