Paolo Siniscalco is a leader in the Italian Practice at Grassi Advisory Group, where he plays a pivotal role in bridging Italian and American markets. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Siniscalco & Partners, a firm of Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili (Italian Certified Public Accountants) based in Rome, Italy, aligned with Grassi.

Paolo has dedicated most of his professional career to tax law and has developed distinctive expertise in assisting foreign clients in Italy and Italian clients investing or operating abroad, particularly in M&A transactions and cross-border tax issues. His strong international focus and business consulting skills have positioned him as a key advisor for complex financial matters. Over the years, he has been appointed as a director of the board and statutory auditor for several public and private domestic and international companies.

Through the alliance between Siniscalco & Partners and Grassi, Paolo leverages his presence in both Italy and New York to create a seamless bridge for clients, ensuring comprehensive support for Italian and U.S. matters.

Paolo is Dottore Commercialista (Certified Public Accountant), Consulente del Tribunale di Roma (Court of Rome-appointed expert witness in financial matters) and Revisore Legale (Statutory Auditor) in Italy. He is also a member of the Committee “Strumenti per lo sviluppo nazionale e internazionale delle imprese” (Measures for the developing of domestic and international enterprises) established by the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Roma  (ODCEC), the body of CPAs in Rome, Italy.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Paolo has been deeply involved in the philanthropy sector in the United States. He serves as the Director and Treasurer of Patrons of the World’s Children Hospital, Inc. and Saint Peter for Humanity, Inc., two nonprofit organizations incorporated in the United States under the auspices of the Vatican, dedicated to humanitarian causes and children’s health.
