Patrick J. Fahey is a Partner at Grassi. With over 25 years of accounting experience, Patrick specializes in serving publicly and privately held companies within the manufacturing and distribution industry. He consults with clients on financial reporting, auditing, financial statement preparation, due diligence, reviews, compilations and management policies. Additionally, Patrick has over 10 years of experience auditing commercial banks.

Before joining Grassi, Patrick was a partner at a top 15 public professional services firm, where he oversaw audits and reviews of privately held and SEC-reporting companies. He also directed growth initiatives, people development, recruitment and retention. Patrick gained extensive experience in buy and sell-side due diligence for middle-market companies, consulting with owners and management on operational policies and opportunities, and advising private equity and venture capital portfolio companies on transactional issues.

A thought leader in the industry, Patrick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYCPA). He was also the former President of the board of directors of the Child Care Council of Nassau.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Boston College.
