Rajeev Sharma is a Manufacturing & Distribution Consultant at Grassi with over 30 years of experience advising manufacturers and distributors on running their businesses more efficiently and profitably. Raj has led and managed enterprise-wide business process improvement projects across a multitude of sectors including building materials supply, woodworking, wall décor and painting. He assists clients with business advisory, site selection, plant layout, inventory management, software selection and implementation support and industry 4.0 maturity assessments.

Prior to joining the Grassi team in 2021, Rajeev was the Director of Client Services at the NYC chapter of our nation’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership network for about 13 years. He is a member of the American Supply Chain Management (ASCM) and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional.

Rajeev earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Cooper Union and his Master of Science degree in Management Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. While pursuing his degrees, he was involved in the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the American Chemical Society.
