Sandra Stella Business Advisor

Sandra Stella is a Business Advisor at Grassi, where she is responsible for advancing the firm’s growth initiatives in the South Florida market.

Sandra advises business owners and high-net-worth individuals on the strategies and tools available to help them grow and preserve their wealth most effectively. She works closely with Grassi’s Trust & Estate team in Palm Beach to identify opportunities to connect individuals, families, and businesses to the resources they need to meet their financial objectives.

Sandra also collaborates with business partners and their clients in many industries that Grassi serves. She conducts needs assessments and recommends creative solutions to their business challenges, including succession planning, growth strategies, budgeting, and client relations.

Sandra has over 20 years of business consulting experience in B2B and B2C roles. She has worked with executives, investors, government officials, and policymakers worldwide to develop and execute programmatic, marketing, and business development plans. Her diverse background includes positions at the UK Consulate, the Italian Embassy, and corporations in Canada, Italy, and the U.S. She is fluent in Italian, English, and French.

Actively involved in the business community, Sandra sits on the boards of the Exit Planning Institute and the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art. She also sits on the boards of the Palm Beach Estate Planning Council. She is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Leadership Business Council of Palm Beach and a past co-chair of the Ambassador Program of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Sandra is also dedicated to supporting the community by supporting charitable organizations. She sits on the advisory boards of multiple nonprofits, including the Boys & Girls Club of Wellington, Funding Art Broward, ELITE Foundation, and the African Orphan Educational Foundation.

Sandra earned her master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Reading in Berkshire, England.
