Will Dorsa is a Partner at Grassi and brings over fifteen years of accounting and finance experience to the firm. Will oversee due diligence for both sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, Quality of Earnings reports, and other pre- and post-sale services.

In addition, Will works with clients in the Construction and Architecture & Engineering industries. He utilizes his expertise in financial statement audits and reviews and construction project audits to help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Will holds the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation, the only accounting certification for construction financial professionals accredited by the American National Standards Institute. Will serves as the Construction Contractors Committee Chairperson for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYCPA) and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Before joining Grassi, Will worked for a global financial services firm. In his role, Will assisted his clients with cash flow management, retirement planning, asset management, and insurance.

Long Island Business News recognized Will with a 40 Under 40 award in 2022. He earned his bachelor’s in Finance from Iona University and his master’s in Accounting from Hofstra University.
