Carl Oliveri Named National Emerging Issues Chairperson for CFMA

Grassi Partner Carl Oliveri was named the National Emerging Issues Chairperson for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), effective April 1, 2024.

This influence directly impacts construction financial professionals. The committee’s input, advice, guidance, and review are crucial in positioning CFMA as the go-to source for construction industry financial information and expertise, particularly related to industry regulatory and advisory bodies.

Carl is Grassi’s Construction Practice Leader and has over 25 years of experience advising owners and executives in the Construction industry, particularly on project-centric and companywide financial modeling, operational strategy development, financial statement accounting services, and income tax method analysis.

Carl’s thought leadership in the industry is well-established. He has been a featured speaker at national construction conferences hosted by prestigious associations like the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Construction Industry CPAs and Consultants (CICPAC).
