Frank Pecora is a Tax Senior Manager at Grassi with over ten years of accounting experience. He specializes in providing tax services for clients in the Manufacturing & Distribution (M&D) sector and offers strategic guidance on tax planning and compliance for businesses ranging from mid-sized companies to large complex entity structures.

With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the M&D industry, Frank helps clients optimize their tax positions and stay ahead of regulatory changes. He is actively involved in the firm’s professional development by leading CPE sessions, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to internal training initiatives. Frank also participates in Grassi Gives Back, the firm’s charitable outreach program.

Frank is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a designation awarded by the Internal Revenue Service that represents the highest level of tax expertise recognized by the federal government.

Frank earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
